Saturday - Pakuranga, Reeves Rd, under The Warehouse
The Markets We Do
Each market or expo we do is different. Some stall holders do most the markets.
The fruit and veggies are usually straight from the grower, so are fresher and cheaper.
There are just to many bargains to be had.
Night markets, weekend day markets, expos or farmers A&P shows are all so different.
The weekend day markets we move around a bit.
We enjoy trying new markets and meeting new people.
We have probably done every market now in Auckland.
To have your ears done at the markets it will cost $20 or you can buy a take home pack for $10.
Auckland Day Markets
Day markets are weather dependant. If it's bucketing down with rain, snowing, tornadoes, we will be tucked up in bed ! So sometimes we do these markets.
Expos
Expos are once or twice a year events that we enjoy doing because each expo or market is different. So here is a list of expos we are likely to return to.
Mission Bay Craft Market Auckland
Twice a year - Auckland Anniversary Weekend and Labour Weekend. There's over 200 stalls with everything made in New Zealand. The quality of the art work is amazing.
Howick Military Tattoo
Lloyd Elsmore Park
Around 19th of February. Entertainment for the whole family with military displays, Highland games and amazing Viking crafts.
Chinese New Year Festival
Around 18th January ASB Showgrounds Greenlane. Just about everything Chinese. New Zealand Government Leaders usually turn up. So come along and tell them what you think of them ! I like politicians. I tell them to come and have your ears done, it improves your hearing so you can hear the people you represent !
